La Zenia Hotel
Roberta and Dave chose for their wedding day to be in one of the popular beach wedding venues of the Orihuela Costa, Spain. The Servigroup ****La Zenia Hotel in La Zenia. This wedding location is often chosen by brides and groom for it’s breath taking views. It has the perfect setting.
Wedding venues
Oftentimes these wedding locations offer their in house wedding planners to help organize your perfect wedding. This is especially handy if you are organizing a destination wedding and it is harder for you to find wedding vendors. The wedding locations have a large wedding network and this is extremely helpful, sometimes they also offer wedding packages that include everything. For example, a celebrant, photographer, the wedding cake, the videographer, the wedding car, the wedding flowers and decoration and of course the wedding menu and drinks.
Getting ready
Roberta got ready with her bridesmaids and daughter in La Zenia Hotel. They stayed in the beautiful bridal suite that the wedding venue recently redecorated. I took some photos of Roberta’s attire she chose for her big day e.g. the wedding shoes, the wedding dress, the jewelry and perfume. But also of the bride and her bridesmaids together. Roberta was a very relaxed bride.She was not nervous at all, she just wanted to get the wedding party started.
The wedding
They had guests flying in from Australia where they used to live before moving to Spain and of course their English friends and family.Dave was waiting with most of the guests at the hotel bar for the wedding ceremony to start.
The ceremony
The ceremony was outside with views of the sea. The red carpet was laid out and they had a wedding arch. When Roberta walked down the aisle, her groom could not keep it dry. The ceremony was conducted by celebrant Cath. They said their vows and the groom kissed his bride. What a gorgeous backdrop they had. Afterwards the bride and groom walked down the aisle together and had a confetti shot taken.
The reception was also outside. It’s which is lovely to have the wedding reception al fresco. The wedding banquet was in the salon of the hotel followed by the party. They had DJ Damian for the music all night and every one had a boogie on the dance floor after the first dance.
The wedding team of the hotel made sure all the wedding planning and organizing was done. They provided a coordinator to make sure the day ran smooth.
